love the area and having the spa in rooms for romatic get-away
I would like it even better if there was also a mini fireplace in the courner -- penty of room. Also the beds were not as comfortable as some of the nicer hotels in the city.

The view.
I got eaten alive by mosquitos/bugs (inside and outside of the room).

The staff was kind and efficient. I always enjoy the beautiful setting.
The hot tub is GONE! We came through to stay overnight expecting to hot tub after traveling. Needless to say what a surprise. And not bathtub in our room. Secondly, breakfast wasn't being served at all the next day - a holiday Monday...so we had to go to town, as we were unprepared for that. Next time I'm just coming through town, wills stay elsewhere. :(

Quiet little place with accommodating hotel staff. Amazing remote location, near a Mountain and a Lake, stores, and Mount Shasta Resort. The venue of choice in Mount Shasta.

We had an amazing two-night stay in a One-Bedroom Chalet with a Forest View. The chalet felt like a cozy little home, with a lovely living area and a well-equipped kitchen. The spacious bathroom was a treat after a long day, and the massage I booked was outstanding. Overall, it was just a perfect getaway, and I would definitely come back again!

Lovely spot with great food
Great location and super clean rooms! The kitchen was really well-equipped. Loved the cozy fireplace and views from the restaurant. The food was surprisingly reasonably priced for the area. Staff was responsive too, bringing us towels quickly. The shower had some issues with temps and drainage, which was a bit annoying. Definitely a nice place to unwind.
